BizConf Global Conferencing Center offers a number of additional security functions that may be activated by the moderator, providing an extremely secure environment in which to hold your meeting.

Conference Security Code

• Set the Security Code (prior to the meeting)enter *4 + a 4-digit code of your choice* to set the code, where the last 4 digit is a conference passcode.
  Note: Never set the Security Code the same as the Moderator PIN.
• Activate and deactivate Security Code at any time during the meeting: *70*

To start a meeting with Security Code

Moderator:

• Dial your Access Number
• At the prompt, enter: *Meeting Number*
• At the next prompt, enter: *Moderator PIN+70*

Participants:

• Dial your Access Number
• At the prompt, enter: *Meeting Number*
• At the next prompt, enter: *Security Code*

Lock the Meeting

You can lock the meeting at any time to prevent direct access to the meeting room.
Lock/unlock meeting: *7*
Note: Participants who try to join a locked meeting will hear music.

Participant Name Capture & Roll Call When activated, participants are prompted to record their names before entering the meeting.

• Activate/deactivate Name Capture: *74*
• When Name Capture is on, the following functions are available:
• Record names of participants already present: *78*
• Cycle through entry/exit announcement mode: *73* (No announcement tones names)
• Conduct a Roll Call: *007*
  Note: If Name Capture is off, Roll Call will announce the total number of attendees in the meeting.
  

Close the Meeting

• Disconnect all participants: *9* and hang up
