Account Application Form


To request for a Con Call Account, please download and fill up the Con Call Account Application Form and send to servicedesk@hisoft.com.

Note: Your PM or Director’s approval is required. Upon receive the email, service desk will create the Con Call Account within two working days.

Procedure for application

Step1: Ask for PM or director’s approval with the following detailed info by email.

Step2: PM or director approves and send approval email to servicedesk@hisoft.com.

Step3: Service desk receives the email and create a Con Call Account from Bizconf.

Step4: Applicant will directly receive meeting number from Bizconf within two working days.

Step5: If any training needed, please email or call service desk to arrange training delivered by Bizconf.
